SpecBond, division of Primetac, is a rapidly growing industry leader in specialty adhesive tapes and converting, is seeking an experienced and talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our location in Bensenville, IL. SpecBond is a specialty converter of high performance pressure sensitive materials such as high performance adhesive tapes and die-cut converted products. We design, convert, and distribute highly engineered adhesive tape products for the most demanding applications as well as offer a wide range of value added services and converting capabilities.

Inside Sales

Job Responsibilities
  1. Build relationships & maintain business with a defined territory of existing accounts. Introduce new capabilities & products to existing accounts.
  2. Develop new accounts by prospecting for market and account specific targets by understanding customer's needs and requirements.
  3. Follow up and develop incoming leads from trade shows, websites, inbound calls, etc.
  4. Collaborate with a variety of company sites and departments to ensure the proper technical and customer service support is provided to customers and prospects.
  5. Provide technical and project management support to customers & prospects.
  6. Work on specific projects or programs to support key company initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Preferred BA/BS Degree.
  2. Five (5) years of successful inside industrial sales experience including but not limited to selling pressure sensitive tapes and converted die-cut parts or similar product/market categories.
  3. Strong presentation skills, written & verbal communication, business planning, and experience working with a CRM.
  4. Experience with technical sales, project management, problem solving, and solution selling.
  5. Strong phone presence and experience in making outbound calls on a daily basis.
  6. Well organized, Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Ability to be adaptable and accountable.

Position is for a full time Sales Role comprising a mix of inside work, calling on clients and trade shows. We provide a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
